Bullsh*t-Free Eggs

Most people think they’re doing some good by eating cage-free eggs, what they don’t realize is that they’ve been duped by a marketing term. In reality, cage-free hens only get about 1 square foot each, and never get to leave the henhouse. Vital Farms eggs are pasture-raised, which means they give their hens 108 square feet out in the sunshine. With all of the extra space, nutrients, and care Vital Farms hens are given, their eggs are free of something else… the bullsh*t.
